Mr. Baradat is the founding and managing member of the Law Office of Carlos A. Baradat, P.A. where he focuses his practice on issues involving immigration, business, litigation, bar admission, as well as personal injury and electronic discovery. He graduated from Hodges University with a Bachelor in Legal Studies, and went on to earn a Juris Doctor from Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida.

Originally from Venezuela, Mr. Baradat immigrated to the United States at a very young age. After first arriving in Chicago, his family moved to a small town in southern Illinois in search for simpler and more quieter life. Eventually ending up in sunny Florida, this has been the place he has called home for nearly seventeen years.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Baradat ran the litigation support and information technology department at a prominent Naples, Florida law firm. For over ten years, Mr. Baradat has had the opportunity to work in the fields of business, law and information technology. It is that same professional experience along with his legal education that has allowed him to refine his skills in critical thinking, problem solving, leadership and more. These are all skills that have helped him successfully run a myriad of businesses during his professional career and have laid the foundation to how he approaches his law practice today.

In addition, Mr. Baradat proudly has taught law at Hodges University for both of their Bachelor’s and Masters legal studies programs for over three years. As a business owner, technology enthusiast and entrepreneur turned legal scholar, Mr. Baradat has a passion for helping others succeed. As a professor, he looks to better prepare his students for a world where technology is at the forefront of nearly every business model, and to help them stay abreast of the changes in law that are so rapidly approaching.

Following his passion for the law and his love for technology, Mr. Baradat also enjoys the simpler things in life and loves to spend time with his family and friends. Knowing that community involvement is the catalyst for any positive change, Mr. Baradat is not only an American Bar Association member, he is a also proud member of the Florida Bar, Collier County Bar Association, and several charitable organizations, including Catholic Charities and Guardian Ad Litem.
